High-efficiency cascade energy utilization
The turbine realizes efficient cascade utilization of steam energy. Steam first expands to generate power, and then provides graded external steam supply for industrial use, delivering a significantly higher energy utilization rate than conventional turbine units.
Dual steam supply for multi-grade process demand
It features dual steam supply modes of extraction steam and back pressure exhaust steam, which can meet process steam requirements of different pressures and diverse industrial applications, with extremely strong adaptability to complex working conditions.
No condensing loss, maximum energy output
Without condenser cold source loss, all steam is fully applied to industrial production or heating. The comprehensive energy efficiency is far superior to traditional condensing steam turbines.
Stable power generation + reliable steam supply
The unit maintains continuous and stable power generation, while precisely stabilizing extraction pressure and back pressure at all times, ensuring zero impact on the safety and stability of production steam supply.
Flexible load adjustment for complex working conditions
With flexible load adjustment performance, the turbine can adapt to steam parameter fluctuations and variable steam consumption loads, perfectly suitable for complex working conditions of chemical, papermaking, metallurgy and CHP cogeneration projects.
Compact structure, stable operation, low maintenance
Designed with a compact structure, the equipment operates smoothly with low vibration. It features long-term operational stability and effectively reduces daily operation and maintenance costs.
Ideal for industrial CHP & district heating projects
It is highly applicable to industrial park centralized heating, enterprise self-owned cogeneration and waste heat recovery projects, bringing outstanding economic and energy-saving benefits for industrial energy systems.
