YTS Turbine successfully participated in Enlit Asia 2026, held from September 22 to 24 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The event brought together power utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, technology providers and industrial-energy professionals to exchange ideas on the future of power generation and energy transition across Southeast Asia.
During the exhibition, the YTS team held productive discussions with visitors from Indonesia and international markets. The conversations focused on steam turbine applications in:
• Sugar mill cogeneration
• Biomass-fired power generation
• Industrial captive power plants
• Waste-heat and waste-to-energy projects
• Gas-fired combined-cycle power plants
• Turbine replacement and modernization
• Process-steam pressure reduction and energy recovery
Several discussions involved projects in which boiler steam must be divided between power generation and industrial-process requirements. For these applications, YTS provides customized turbine selections based on the plant's complete steam and power balance.
YTS Turbine manufactures steam turbines and turbine-generator sets ranging from 750kW to 60MW, including:
• Back-pressure steam turbines
• Condensing steam turbines
• Extraction back-pressure steam turbines
• Extraction-condensing steam turbines
• Steam turbine generators and auxiliary systems
Our engineering team supports customers from preliminary technical selection and heat-balance evaluation through equipment design, manufacturing, installation guidance, commissioning and after-sales service.
Enlit Asia 2026 also provided an important opportunity for YTS to better understand the needs of Southeast Asia's energy market. Industrial customers are increasingly looking for solutions that can improve fuel utilization, reduce energy costs, strengthen power reliability and maximize the value of process steam.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited the YTS booth and discussed their projects with our team. YTS will continue following up with the power producers, EPC companies and industrial partners we met during the exhibition.
